Mr. Abdul Rahim is a Chief Scientist and Head of RMBD&IST Division of CSIR-IIIM. He is an engineer by training from National Institute of Technology, Srinagar (erstwhile REC, Srinagar). He is having professional experience in end to end knowledge based processes, with proven ability in Institutional Management. He is having expertise in Research and Development planning, Project Management, IPR and innovation management, Business Development, Technology Transfer, human resource planning, Academic Management, TK, ICT Management, with proven ability to support diverse areas of Institutional Management.
