Bio Sketch
Bhahwal Ali Shah is working as a Senior Scientist in CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine, Jammu. His research interests include natural product chemistry, medicinal chemistry and development of new synthetic methods using photoredox catalysis. He has been instrumental in the establishment and working of Microbial Natural Product Chemistry facility in CSIR-IIIM, Jammu. He has more than 12 years of research experience with over 84 publications in international journals. Dr. Bhahwal is also recepient of prestigious CSIR Young Scientist Award in Chemical Sciences 2015 and NASI-Platinum Jubilee Young Scientist Award in Chemical Sciences 2016.
