I am currently involved in farm management, extension activities, research, mass cultivation of quality planting materials and seeds production of major aromatic and medicinal crops like as Cymbopogon Spp., Ocimum Spp., Mentha spp., Monarda citriodora, Withania somnifera etc as well as involved in domestication and conservation of genetic recourses or Gene pool of aromatic and medicinal plants at field station chatha. Actively involved in developing and transfer of agro-technologies of various MAPs. Developing Sustainable agricultural systems which include crop diversification, improved production and process technologies of food medicinal and aromatic crops, climate change adaptation, weather-agriculture modelling and sustainable livelihoods.

Received at International Congress of Essential Oils held in Bengaluru from 3rd to 5th August 2018 for the innovative and meaningful efforts towards promotion of cultivation and processing of aromatic crops for improving the production of essential oils in India and for enhancing the income of large numbers of farmers under CSIR-Aroma Mission.

Presented by Essential Oil Association of India, during Asian Aroma Ingredient Congress at Delhi 22nd to 24th April 2016 for the diversification and extended cultivation of Lavender and RRL-CN-5. Received as a team member.
