- Effective Drafting of Patent Applications.
- Experienced in working with outside counsel in Drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications.
- Investigating development status plans to commercialize inventions, novelty, etc. to support decisions to file corresponding international patents.
- Conducting in-depth Infringement Analysis for Products, Processes, Compositions, uses, Technologies for Various Territories/Jurisdictions.
- Design Ways and Means to Work-around Bottle-neck Patents/Applications in Process Chemistry, Polymorphs, Composition, etc.
- Identification of Weaknesses in Third Party Patent Rights.
- Patentability search: (Novelty Search), Freedom to Operate search (Clearance search), Validity or Invalidity search.
- Literature search reports, ROS Disclosure reports, Patent Evaluation reports, Gate Clearance Certificates.
