Remarks: A deciduous tree up to 3-6 m. with young branchlets globrous. Leaves broadly ovate, abruptly accuminae, oblique, cordate or truncate at the base, serrate with short pointed teeth covered with aphids secretions, flowers 5-10, yellowish white, fragrant in peduncular cyme arising half way the leaf-like bracts.
