Remarks: A woody climber, branches sparsely pubescent. Leaf trifoliolate, petiole 7.5-15 cm long, twisted at the base, leaflet c. 15 cm long, c. 10 cm broad, elliptic, acuminate, sparsely pubescent on both sides;  Inflorescence a raceme . Corolla dull purple.
