Remarks: A  small  evergreen  pubescent  tree  with  grey fistular branches.  Leaves  opposite ovate - oblong  , sub coriaceous  , scabrid above   pubescent  beneath. Receptacles  clustered  on leafless  often  drooping  branchlets  , yellow on maturity.
