Remarks: An erect herb, 30-60 cm high. Leaves opposite obovate, oblanceolate , obtuse and mucronate at apex. Flowers solitary , axillary. Calyx 5- partite. Corolla salver - shaped, rosy or white, tube cylinderic, throat constricted. Stamens above the middle of the tube. Carpels 2, distinct. Follicles 2, slender, erect or spreading. Seeds subcylindric , truncate at both sides. |
