Major research areas:

Bioanalysis: Bioanalytical method development and validation of drug/drug-like molecule in biological matrices by HPLC or LC-MS/MS as per regulatory guidelines.

Pharmacokinetics(in-vitro/ex-vivo/in-situ): Biopharmaceutical profiling of drug/drug-like molecule viz. lipophilicity (logP/logD), permeability (PAMPA/perfusion model), transporter activities (P-gp), plasma protein binding, RBC partitioning, CYP inhibition.

Pharmacokinetics (in-vivo): Pharmacokinetic study of drug/drug-like molecule in animal models through different routes viz. bioavailability, dose proportionality, tissue distribution, toxicokinetics.

Drug interaction: Effect of natural products (druggable/dietary supplement/food additive) on pharmacokinetics of drugs under the purview of enhancement in plasma concentration of drugs for improved efficacy.

Toxicity study: Acute and sub-chronic toxicity study in rodents as per regulatory guidelines.
