Remarks: Perennial  stemless  herb  from  a tapering   rootstock.  Leaves  in  a basal  resette , mostly spreading  , elliptic  to  elliptic - lanceolate .   Flowers   small ,  green  , in mostly  3-7 cm long  , cylindrical  spikes.
